The Party Gnome wants to go to every party he can. Geo-events, wine tasting, martini parties, black tie events, picnics, frat parties, LAN parties, new years, birthdays, office, Christmas, Chanukah, Kwanza, graduation, wedding, and anniversary, and tupperware parites! If it's a party he wants to be there! But try not to keep him for too long, cause he needs the party or he might die. In the case of a no party emergency, please just take a picture with him and look like you're having fun!

I'm sorry to report that the party gnome appears to have acquired a bit of a drinking problem. It was just laying on its back on a picnic table while the potluck was happening. We'll take it home, sober it up a little, then take him to a lemonade social.
