Wow, I just found this on the floor of my closet (May 10, 2011). I sincerely apologize for its temporary loss but at least it was rescued from an apparently doomed (ie. muggled) cache. I will deposit it within the next few days in either Raleight, NC or Oklahoma City, OK.
