i found axel in los julianos cache (http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GCTVT0) with drop off note by the cache owner. but the owner seems to be on a vacation and probably forgot to drop the tb on the net before he went there. axel's work is done here. i'm moving him just few kms east where the forest needs a lumberjack.
