As It's name implies PacRat is a collector. It wants to travel about, near and far and all around. While traveling the globe it is interested in collecting key chains of your local city, state or country. After doing so for awhile, it's owner would like for it to return back to a cache in Yreka CA so PacRat can show off what it has collected.
