In 1805, Thomas Jefferson sent Meriwether Lewis and William Clark out for a long walk! 200 years later Cycle Oregon retraced part of that route. This TB's mission is to retrace the Cycle Oregon route.
This is a Cycle Oregon dog tag! It was received for completing a 425 mile bike ride by way of Bordman,Ore.-The Dalles-Corbet-Champoeg Park-Vernonia-Astoria, Ore. during Sept. 2005. This years bike route covered territory crossed by Lewis and Clark.
