This is the adventure we experienced to get to this geocoin while it was stashed in GC3BRN4 Sodarku puzzle cache:
Wow, what an adventure! Solved the sudoku a while ago, but it was the wrong one. I didn't know that at the time, so I searched, and searched, and searched. Spiders, poison oak, homeless bedding, garbage, all kinds of fun stuff! After that adventure, I discovered that the wrong puzzle was posted on the cache listing. Ok. Cool. Got it. So I waited for the proper puzzle to be posted. Waiting patiently... Then, bam! New sudoku! Yes! I'm super good at these puzzles, so I thought, no problem, right?! Wrong! This puzzle was hecka hard! Why was it so hard?! I finally solved the puzzle after a few days of pouring over pages and pages of the puzzle. Yes! Got it! I was smart this time and verified the coordinates with the cache owner. They were correct, so a couple days later we went out and found stage one. Stage one?! Jez, how hard is this cache going to be to find?! We figured out how to find stage two, but it was kinda later in the day. We began hunting for stage two at dusk, and oh boy. Let me tell you! EVERY wrong turn we could have taken, we took. Wrong again?! Seriously?! Apparently this is my personal theme with this cache. Nothing but wrong turns. After it was very dark, and my feet were hurting, we found stage two. Stage two, you're mine! The cache was so close I could smell it! But, alas, it was so dark that we couldn't find the cache. After all of that, we left empty handed. Oh my god! How much more can I take of this evil cache taunting me, teasing me, driving me insane... Today, we ventured out again to find the cache in the daylight. My feet were so sore from the day before, that every step burned. Ouch! When we got to the cache site, it took us a few minutes to make the find. By the time we had the cache in hand, we were so tired and hot, that we decided to sit while we sifted through the contents of the cache. Just as we started picking some items to trade, we realized we sat down in tick city, and they were declaring war on our hides! We put the cache back together quickly, and ran out of there, flicking ticks off of our clothes and bodies. Ick! Luckily, none stuck to us, as far as I know... I'm so glad that this cache has been conquered. The cache owner must have put a lot of time and energy into this cache. Anyone wanting to find it should expect to do the same. Time and energy... Oh, and watch out for those ticks!
What a cool geocoin! I will move it along soon...
