We made the hike from the tram station. It was a beautiful day and was 60 degrees. I hiked in shorts and it felt odd to have to cross piles of snow that have not melted. We spent some quality time at the summit however some other hikers decided to make the area just behind the sign thier rest area and were in the backgroud of most of our summit shots. The snow made the final push to the summit a bit tough because we lost the trail. We finally found our way. The hike was no joke and our legs were very tired at the end. This has been my favorite cache and one I will remember for the rest of my life.

Found it in the second place I looked. I wasn't expecting a cache this big. The log is just a couple pieces of paper from a note pad. I was nice and dry.

FTF!

I was just thinking how there hadn't been any new caches in a while and boom, the e-mail notification pops up. It seems like I hit every red light when I'm headed out for a FTF. Well, good thing there aren't too many FTF hounds in the area. The little place over there looks very cozy and kind of swanky. They didn't care about me, they were too busy sniffing and swishing while chatting away. The log was small so I had to write my FTF signature very small as the all seeing eye fell into my pocket. Thanks!
