Was in contact with the user who placed this TB in my cache who confirmed he did indeed leave it there. Marking it as missing to reflect proper inventory in my cache. Hopefully someone just forgot to log they retrieved it.

Stopped here to let my 2 boys log this new cache of mine as well as to retrieve the TB placed here today, to put in a new upcoming cache of mine. Unfortunately it is not here. Additionally poor caching ethics have me left with a cache container damaged and no longer waterproof. Will contact the cacher who placed the TB in case it was in error.
