We were on the way to Redstone and decided to have a picnic at the Avalanche Creek TH/Campground.

I got my awareness raised about five years ago when I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. It is currently controlled by medication, I eat whatever I want (within reason), and my A1C is running about 6.2.

Geocaching has gotten me out of the house and into some more exercise, which is a good thing.

I will move this coin along ASAP!
