Current Goal

The mission of this geocoin is to honor those children or adults who are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Simply put "In honor of Child's first name" when you log the bug. Any pictures will be appreciated.

About This Item

This coin was of interest to us because our son, Jackson has Asperger's Syndrome.
Would you recognize it if you saw it? Asperger's Syndrome - a form of high functioning autism commonly associated with high intelligence and low social skills. It is said that Mark Twain, Thomas Jefferson, Beethoven, Thomas Edison, Mozart, Albert Einstein, Richard Strauss, Vincent van Gogh, Emily Dickinson, Isaac Newton, Henry Ford and George Bernard Shaw also had this particular type of Autism. This also includes my son and many more children and adults.
