Current Goal

This coin would like to "Race" back to the home of the INDIANAPOLIS 500 MILE RACE...Indianapolis, Indiana. It does not mind sightseeing a little along the way but would eventually like to end up in Indianapolis.

About This Item

This coin was released in Birmingham, Alabama the day after Easter 2008 in celebration of the marriage of my son Brian and my new daughter-in-law Anna. The wedding took place in Birmingham's Botanical Gardens. Anna wants me to take her Geocaching sometime...but probably not until after the Honeymoon !! Actually, Brian and Anna have now both been introduced to geocaching (7/20/08). Their interest is "tweeked" enough now that they are following the progress of this Coin, as well as myself. Thanks for moving this 2007 Indiana Geocoin along on its journey !!

I accicently dropped ALL my TB's into Sleep and Eat. Not sure how I did it. One touch of a button did it some how. Obviously, TB's will not fit in this MICRO and no TB's were dropped here. Sorry for any confusion.

Picking up my Indiana GeoCoin. It has now completed a 2 year, 3 week Honey Moon Journey from Birmingham, AL. It was placed on March 24, 2008 in the Birmingham Botanical Gardens in Honor of my Son and Daughter-in-Law Wedding. It's goal was to return to my Son's hometown of Greenfield, IN. This is close enough....just 15 miles from Greenfield. Nice job Geocaching Friends. It arrived today after passing through AL, TN, KY, OH, Lawrenceburg, IN, TX, MI, and finally back to Indy. Thanks for all your help. The Indiana GeoCoin will soon have a new goal and start a new Journey.
