2. This coin should not be taken if it has just been dropped by the direct predecessor.
Damit auch diejenigen, die es nicht als erste zu einem neuen Cache oder zu einem Cache mit einem Geocoin schaffen, mal eine Chance haben.
Giving those people a good chance to get a geocoin who were not fast enough to find a brand new cache or a cache holding a geocoin.
