Found it just lying on the ground along a walking path at Lake Manatee State Park. There was no geocache nearby, we weren't even geocaching when I spotted it. There was nothing attached to it, just the tag by itself was lying there. I think the last cacher who had might have dropped it while attending LMSP Geo-Event VI (GC6XAX7). We'll put it on a key ring and put it in a baggie along with a printout of it's goal before moving it along.
