The mission of this flight strip is to travel from cache to cache. If possible, it would like to travel via airplane or visit airports.
Feel free to post pictures of airports and cities that have been visited and aircrafts that have been used along the way and ... have a nice and safe trip.
This flight strip is similar to the ones used in air traffic control (ATC) for controlling aircrafts that are travelling through a sector. In fact, the strip holder is an original as it is used at DFS GmbH (German Air Navigation Services) in Germany.
Real strips provide other information. The first columns on the TB shows the Geocaching.com logo. On a real strip this column would provide the current, previous and next sector.
The second column shows height information. E.g. the TB is travelling on flight level 380. This column is also used by controllers for stripmarking when assigning different levels to an aircraft.
The third columns usually contains information about the callsign, the aircraft type and the transponder code. This TB has the callsign D-ARGF and the transponder code is 0310.
The fourth column contains the origin and destination airport and the flight route that is being used. Since this strip just wants to travel around, there is no further route.
