Starting from the Air Capital of the world, it's the 2008 Air Race around the country!
The mission for these pilots - To fly a circuit around the country! Starting at Jabara Airfield in Wichita Kansas, these pilots are to head to Seattle, Washington on their first leg. From Seattle, the race will take our adventurous pilots to San Diego, California, then on to their next leg, 4 Corners (being either Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, or Colorado). Then it's off to New Orleans Louisiana, then Jacksonville, Florida. From here, it's a hard flight up the Eastern Seaboard to Portland Maine. Then the pilots will take a hard left and fly to Grand Rapids Michigan (The wife's hometown), down to Saint Louis Missouri (My Hometown), and finally, landing back in Wichita Kansas.
Along the way, these pilots will need to land close to airports, and have pictures taken along the way. Let's keep these birds in the air, straining their engines and racing hard!
