By forming relationships and partnerships local 4-H youth are able to learn core community service skills. While everyday community service projects are very important, Escambia County 4-H Leadership Club has stepped it up a notch by training its youth and adult volunteers with CERT (community emergency response teams) and GIS/GPS training.
