Current Goal

This travel bug is a piece of weathered elk antler that was found on a spike bull elk skull. It was found near Sula, Montana, USA, in an area known as the East Fork of the Bitterroot River. To Bitterroot Valley residents, it is known as the “East Fork.” The primary goal of this bug is to travel to areas more rural in nature, particularly Alaska and northern reaches of Canada. Please take and post pictures of this bug as it goes from place to place. The Geokid in our group will be tracking it and would appreciate viewing the locations where the bug has been.

After seeing some beautiful sights, we parted ways with our friend spike. We left him at Antlers beach. Seemed fitting. A pretty amazing cache as well that gets good traffic. Happy trails.
