Current Goal

The bug wants to visit seven seashores, and seven continents, on jewelry owned by my grandmother, who always wanted to travel but couldn't. When completed, to come back home again.

About This Item

This bug is hitchhiking on a piece of cheap costume jewely owned by (but not, to my knowledge, worn more than once by) my grandmother, Lillian Herter Carter. She really enjoyed travelling but my grandfather did not, so she ended up only taking one big trip in her lifetime. In her honor, I'd like to show the bug the world. I've placed it in the cache closest to my current domicile, but eventually I'd like to also take it to the cache closest to her house -- only after others have taken it far and wide.
