This is an irregular-shaped geocoin shaped like a 2D wedge of cheese.  It has real holes in it!  The front says "cheesocoin 2008 ernies".  The back says "Enjoy!" in six different languages.  It also says "track this cheese at geocaching.com".  One of the holes is a plus sign.  Also, the title glows in the dark!
