A hard working person needs a good meal. So this bug is going to the Two Boots Restaurant in New York City. Then return to the land of hard working folks.
History of Cowboy Boots--Noone knows who made the first pair of cowboy boots after the Civil War. Sometime around 1870 in ether Kansas or Texas some ingenious cowboy took his work boots to a shoe maker and asked for a pointy toe, a taller shaft and a bigger heel. The pointy toe helped the cowboy get his foot into the stirrup more easily. A taller shaft protected his legs from the thorns, barbed wire, snakes and other dangers. With the high, under slung heel he coulddig it into the ground when pulling stubborn mules or leading his horse. The heel also kept the cowboy's foot from going all the way through the stirrup so he would not get stuck and drug on the ground.
