This guy looks like he is tall, but in fact he is about 2 1/2 inches high. If you pull the cap off you can blow bubbles with the contents.

Picked up this morning. Love it. Very well made. May the event for which it was made hold fast for many years. Not seeing a tag, I was a bit doubtful about retrieving it, but I now see that it's ok. Will take it to a picnic next week and send it along its way. Thanks for sharing. elmh.
