He’s been to Falmouth, Indiana. He visited the Falmouth Farm Supply Store on the north end of town. Then he went to the Falmouth Grocery, which is also a lunch counter. There were 20 people from Falmouth eating and talking. I asked them why the town was named Falmouth. Most referred me to other people there, but finally someone remembered Falmouth, England. (Now WHY it was named after Falmouth, England will have to remain a mystery.)
After the trip to the grocery, the TB visited the center of town. The population of Falmouth is less than 400, so you may not be too impressed. I thought those were the only pictures of “Falmouth” signs I was going to find, until I started to drive south out of town. There was the Falmouth post office.
I left the TB in a cache 3.5 miles from the center of Falmouth.
(The TB is in all 3 pictures.)
