Found this coin and dropped it in a local cache GCJVWY. Its been a while since I've geocached and alot of changes have taken place so I'm not sure how to log that its there. But it is. If the owner wants to help me out by dropping an e-mail I'll do what I can to make sure this cool coin is accounted for.
As far as the site, I dropped it near Petersburg, Alaska. Petersburg was founded due to the salmon fishing industry. A local cannery set-up business here because, not only was the salmon fishing exceptional, there is also easy access to a saltwater glacier and its ice to help with the processing. Petersburg was founded by Norwegians, and is known by the nickname "Little Norway" because supposedly it looks so much like that country.
