Retrieve It from a Cache 1/13/2006 Paybug retrieved it from Canterbury Tales (Canterbury) South Island, New Zealand   Visit Log

Picked this up today and will place it somewhere else around Christchurch soon. Did not have my camera with me but will take a photo for you when I next head up that way.

  • The view from one side of the hill Cycled back up the hill this morning with the camera, beautiful morning so the view was great. This is looking over Christchurch and the New Brighton beach to the right.
  • The view from the other size This is the main port for Christchurch, called Lyttelton.

Found the TB in Deaths Corner (GCHJFQ) which is in the middle of the Arthurs Pass just off the highway. Will use Compass on the next geocaching adventure.

Again in English 👍
By solving the task on howto move this TB from Germany to NZ, I asked my friends Corinna&Jens (still Muggles) to do the job during their holidays in NZ. So I printed a couple of caches and gave them my old ETREX and the manual, they have 20hrs time for RTFMing it during flight 😉. Today we created the gc-name "coje" for them, and hope we will win new friends to our amazing hobby.
I think we will read new logs within the next 3 weeks 😉

Retrieve It from a Cache 10/3/2005 Marmotte retrieved it from Stormarnsche Kreisbahn 1 - Bahnhof Glinde Schleswig-Holstein, Germany   Visit Log

Found this TB just behind an old railway station. Now we will work on the problem on how to move it to New Zealand. This means we will try to train friends of us, to new Geocachers. They will go to NZ next month. Wait and see how this will work 😉
