About This Item

Vern is our big black lab.
He likes to make tracks where every he goes.
Vern would like his paw print to travel to lots of caches, but he likes people close by him.
He would like to hear about places to the east, as Vern has always been a west coast dog.







24 July 2008. Wow - has our boy done a LOT of traveling!! We would be grateful, now that he's back on our side of the continent, that if possible he make his way back to the Portland area for a little R & R. And we'd like to thank everyone that has given Vern such a wonderful adventure!!!

    Vern would have been happy today. He got found by a class of twenty kids coming back from a hike. We were going to sent him on his way between here and calgary but seeing that he wants to head back towards Portland. We will put him in a cache on the Vancouver side of Kamloops so someone going in that direction can pick him up
