Current Goal

Group of Seven wants to visit the hometowns of each of the members of MY "Group of Seven", plus the place we all met, Lake Louise AB. Please take him to
St. Johns, NF (Bob),
Dartmouth, NS (Melonea),
Moncton, NB (Jenn),
Fredericton NB (Steph) DONE,
North Bay ON (Jimbo),
Calgary AB (Natalie),
Lake Louise AB (a place we all called home), and
Victoria BC (Kelly)

...and then return him to a cache in Moncton, NB, where I currently live and miss my friends.

About This Item

I have been blessed with many wonderful friends in my life, but never before have I had one solid group of people around me who all "clicked" together. We seven friends are now scattered all over Canada and Bermuda; the photograph attached to the travel bug is the last time we were all together, in August 2001.

On this particular reunion vacation, we all left our spouses and significant others behind and rented a cabin on beautiful Lake Okanagan in BC. We were stunned when we realized that the painting over the fireplace was by one of the members of the REAL "Group of Seven" (Canadian landscape artists). What a wonderful omen for a wonderful trip. I miss you guys....

    We will be going to Phoenix Arizona in a few days. Alot of Canadians winter there. We will place it in a cache in South Mountain, a popular hiking/caching area. Hope it gets on its way to Canada soon :-)

    Grabbed this from Banff--and we couldn't find the caches at Lake Louise! So we've unfortunately side-tracked this one... all the way down to Texas. We'll try to put it in a good cache so it might make it back up there soon.
