About Santa in Switzerland: He is called „Samichlaus“ and always comes 6th of December to the children. With him is his assistant “Schmutzli”, who is wearing a black cloak, and a donkey. They are caring a huge bag with chocolate, peanuts and tangerines. Santa always reads what is written in his black book about the children. He gives gifts to the well-behaved and “Schmutzli” hit the bad with a rod. The really bad ones are taken into a bag and carried to the Black Forest where they have to stay till they are well-behaved too. :-)
Now, Santa is ready to travel again.. He’ll take the chance to travel to Spain, because he didn’t like the foggy and wet Swiss autumn.
