The goal of THE COFFEE BUG is simply to have coffee with as many geocachers as possible and in as many different locations in the world as possible.

For the coffee lovers out there. Here is another excuse to brew, press, or espress those java beans into that delicious drink we all know and love. Whether you like cappuccinos, mochas, lattés, americanos, or just a simple cup of regular black coffee, then this bug is for you.
The instructions are simple.
- As always, go out and retrieve the bug from a geocache and then log in that you have possession of the bug.
- Once you've done that, simply go to your favorite coffee shop or make your own cup of joe and (optional) take a picture of yourself/selves enjoying the steaming beverage and make sure the coffee bug is in the photo too.
- Now, go place the bug in a different cache and log the placement of the bug in that cache. Post the picture if you took one and make note of what you drank and where.
