Grab It (Not from a Cache) 9/5/2011 Frick&FrackGeoSeeker grabbed it   Visit Log

Yes its a baggie w/ the coin # written on the back of the description, Found in "eastbound I-69 Rest Area - Swartz Creek" will be moving it on it's journey.
I will put a laminated copy of the coin in the baggie w/ the description before sending it on it's travels (I've done this type of "proxy coin" in place of some of my Geocoins that have been stolen)

Thanks for all the notes on how this has become a piece of paper with the image of us holding the coin rather than the coin itself. I have a small feeling someone took and added it to their collection, it was a very nice coin. Hopefully they eventually will return it to circulation, but for now its interesting to see this coin's mission live on through a baggy and paper, haha!

Thanks for keeping it alive for now!

Didn't see a coin but did find a ziplock bag with a photocopy description of the coin and a handwritten code on the back. Is this it? Not sure but I picked it up and will move it along. I will also move it along.
