I've been asked to write this for my new friend Melvin. Being vertically challenged and having no thumbs makes it difficult for him to type. Like typing with holves is any easier, but more about me later. I meet Melvin several days ago- well I actually saw him first. He had flung himself out a carwindow that was barreling down the highway at some god awful speed. Apparently Melvin had been trying to hitch a ride, but was having difficulty getting anyone to stop- the vertically challenged and no thumbs problem again. Finally when he did hop a ride he meet Chester. A mangey-yellow-haired-toothless- beast with a snarly personality riding shotgun. Melvin barely escaped, though with one less wisker. Good thing "the beast" was toothless. Anyway the poor thing is just trying to get to Post Falls Idaho- apparently his friend mistakenly left him in the haste to move. Though he says he's a city boy at heart he wants to experience the wild wild west. I think he just might have watched too much gunsmoke, but that's my personal opinion. So if you could help him on his way he would really appreciate it. Sincerely MOOOren

    Poor Melvin has really been having a tough time of it. He got himself lost after I snatched out of the Redwoods. I looked everywhere for him. Recently he turned up again after I'd given up he hope of seeing him again. This spot doesn't get him a whole lot closer to his destination, but it is a very busy site near the Silicon Valley so I'm hopeful he'll get some better on his trip now.
