To be worn by Firefighter Skippy when he attends events, but to be discoverable to interested people.
Ever show up to an event with a dogtag around your neck so people can discover you on Geocaching.com? This Geocoin features a very large engraved tracking code so people you meet can easily read it while it's on display. Affix it to your shirt with the VERY STRONG magnetic backing or slip it into the plastic sleeve of a lanyard for easy display. The Geocoin also feature a large, blank, white area for writing your name. Use a black sharpie (not included, sorry!) to permanently display your name in high contrast for easy reading.Don't worry about the fact that it's thin - the magnetic backing features an iron plate glued to the coin which reinforces the tag and prevents bending. The thickness (or lack thereof) is to ensure it will hang easily and comfortably on your shirt if that is the method you choose to display it.Making friends out in the field is fun, and now it's easier than ever to let someone discover you!
