I recognized this bad boy from the Westwood studios Command & Conquer series game. I already have 1! I took a picture of the two of them together. After a nice visit sharing war stories with an old friend, Clunker continued his journey.

Clunker was well protected by a perimeter of poison ivy and a squadron of well-trained and vicious blood-sucking mosquitos. Nonetheless, our intrepid crew of Rowan, Prf.Owl, CL810, and Argiope successfully liberated him from the Eastpoint Lighthouse cache.

We nearly missed him when we found a Letterbox first instead of the cache, but kept searching. We didn't take any pictures by the lighthouse, since the bugs were too ferocious.

Clunker is on his way to Massachusetts next week. We will take some photos wherever we drop him off.
