Gordie, a hard checking defenseman, escaped from the bubble and wants to see full-sized hockey.
Gordie loves hockey. Everything from NHL down to pickup games, he doesn't care. See if you can take him to a game so he can tell the stories (at least the score) here with pictures from the event (if possible).
Special credit given (well, not really) for helping Gordie fill some special dreams like: seeing the Hockey Hall of Fame, riding a zamboni, meeting his heroes, and the ultimate, having his picture with Lord Stanley's Cup.

I took Gordie and The All Sports TB to the San Jose Sharks vs. Vancouver Canucks Game last night. Then Gordie to some youth hockey this morning. I was going to take him to the Oakland A's opening day game next monday but, he's a Dallas Stars fan and he kept mouthin' off about the Sharks loss. I couldn't take him anymore and didn't want to listen to him in the unlikely event that the Texas Rangers defeat the A's.

Hey,
We picked up your travel bug in early December and due to extreme busyness (and miscommunication with the 4 T's) it has helped to decorate our bedroom for a little while. Sorry! It has made it's way from Batman's cave all the way to Sacramento. We are going this weekend to put him in the cache, "Fun in the Sun". Despite the cache name it has been cold there for a while so he should feel at home, unfortunately no ice. The hockey game is on hold. I doubt it gets much icier in Texas where he's from.
