About This Item

I would like this to touch as many people as possible and to bring awareness to diseases. If we could all donate money to a charity they believe in then we can become one step closer to finding cures for diseases that ale either a family member or ourselves and someday we can have them live longer healthier, happier lives!!!!!

Let's see - my charity story? I spend 2-3 hours a week walking dogs for Animal Allies - a local animal shelter. I'm not in a position where I can give money, but a few hours on a Sunday morning is no sweat! Ok, so it doesn't make a great story, but it's my own small way of giving back.

Found this one in "It's a perfectly cromulent cache" I think it's great that this travel bug is dedicated to breast cancer reminding people of the importance to give back and help others. One way I like to give back is by volunteering for Junior Achievement regularly teaching kids about communities and business in the US. Thanks and I plan on hiding this during my upcoming trip to the Wisconsin Dells.
