To reach the "Decades of Service" cache (GC741B) near the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Arlington, VA, before the other TBs in a race from Palmer, Alaska. The race began on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2008. Please move the coin to another cache, preferably in the direction of Arlington, VA, and when there, please log it into the "Decades of Service" cache by following the directions on the cache page. This Afghanistan Veteran coin is being entered in the TB Race to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier (GC1HDZD), in honor of my husband, FLYRFN, who spent some time in Afghanistan with the Alaska Air Guard.

Thank you FLYRFN and all other veterans, past and present, who have served our country and made sacrifices so that the rest of us can feel safe living in the United States, the greatest country in the world.
