We are picking this up from the cache in which it is listed, as no one has found that cache since this TB was put in it, yet this TB was actually found in a cache about 40 miles away. We normally would wait to retrieve a TB in this situation, as it would usually be in a cacher's inventory, but it being in a cache inventory makes us think that someone forgot to log it out, or just didn't know how to do things. We will drop it into the cache we found it in, for the mileage, and then will retrieve it.
