Hello, my name is LT.TIMM and I am a State Patrol officer and I am out to stop drivers from using their cell phones while driving. There are enough hazards out there without some galoot talking on their cell phones while driving. Lets all be better drivers and put the phones down till we get stopped. After I have been around the country getting people off their cell phones, please help me get back to my home town, Des Moines, Washington and to my daddy, Dixtoy.
