NOT CUTE LIKE OTHER TRAVEL BUGS BUT: I started as a spike , close to St. Paul , Alberta, and am now called "The Iron Horse Trail". I want to travel near and far, and see the country side.

About This Item

Alberta’s Iron Horse Trail is a superb, 300 km (186 mi) multi-use—except for off-highway motorcycles and four-by-fours—trail. Of mostly moderate difficulty, the trail follows a former Canadian National Railway line through the heartland of northeast Alberta.
Here I began my journey, please keep me on my journey. I love trains.

    I dropped this traveller off in a cache next to an historic railway site, near the famous Spriral Tunnels on the CPR mainline in the Kicking Horse Pass (Yoho National Park). As we were about to find the cache, a train passed by on the rails a few hundred feet below us. Attached are photos of the site.
