Found the cache container laying around in the snow. It was visible to anyone walking by, and there were lots of pedestrian traffic going on. Luckily it hadn't been muggled yet (or was muggled by a non-destructive muggle). All the contents were fine, including this travel bug. The owner had his phone number written on the container, so I called him.
