I rescued this smurf (we call them "Schlumpf" (Schlümpfe)) from a very very dark large and long tube (2.5m diameter, 20 meter length with an old no longer used convyor belt in the middle). This tube is located in an old vulcanic area (360 000 years ago) in the centre of the Eifel hills, but the traces of the volcanic activities were present everywhere. The smurf was stored in a big sized green ammo can and freezing and afraid because of the darkness. No chance for Gargamel though. We will see where to place hime next - have a good travel, little Smurf!
