The purpose of this travel bug is to visit and have my picture taken at monuments dedicated to the memory of the United States soldier (any conflict, on any land). Visit the TB webpage to learn about "special missions."
This travel bug WAS attached to a Vietnam Veteran Memorial coin by the US American Legion.
Only pick up this travel bug if you can help it complete its mission and are willing to take AT LEAST 1 PICTURE of the TB at a memorial site (this does not have to be one of those listed below - any U.S. veteran commemoration will be acceptable).
SPECIAL BONUS MISSION BELOW: These SPECIFIC locations will earn geocacher a place in this bug’s listing- remember, the TB must be in at least one of the pictures.

Special note: You can only help this TB complete one of the above special missions - the spirit of this is to include as much of the geocaching communicity as possible in the site visits. If you happen to visit several of the above, I'll list you with the first one you complete. If you drop of the TB in a cache and it hasn't moved in over a month, you may pick it back up and claim another one of these very special locations.
V.2 of this bug is the Great Seal of the United States that I picked up at Reagan's inaguration in 1981.
