I did in fact leave this in the DOW AFB cache. Forgot to log with when I posted the find... I suppose I would have caught it sooner, however I had a little problem with the septic system in my home today... Forgive me for wanting creature comforts!

Ah yes, I believe this was the bug I saw in GC1JB8D - Dow Air Force Base - Bomarc Missle Base. It is safe and sound.
