An ode to english pic

This TB belongs to Mrs. Poly, who is an English language and literature teacher. She left the bug in England to travel to places of importance to the English language. The travel bug started its journey in Oxford as an ode to the Oxford English Dictionary and the many authors who called Oxford home.

Please don't take me if you can't move me on within 2 - 4 weeks. For now I'd like to stay within the UK. As we understand this is a larger than usual trackable we know it may take people some time to find an appropriate cache, and that is ok.

06/12/2009 - Just a quick note to say thanks to all the Cacher's who have helped this TB out on its travels through the UK. It's been over a year now since I left it in a beautiful grassy field in Oxford and returned to dry, dusty, hot Australia. I really appreciate being able to follow its journey and seeing all the photos. One day I'll be back in the UK and hope to visit some of these great places, hopefully my TB will still be around!

Had this one a few days but forgot to log it. Not to worry it is safe and sound and on it's way with us to the coast on a little motorcycle trip.

I picked it up and instantly thought DH Lawrence, obviously this has been overly done so let me drag it out of here and get it somewhere new....wont be literary im afraid...I can barely string two sentances together let alone do any reading however i'll move it along.
