    After picking up this TB, I had a trip to DC planned...until the car broke down and needed replacement. We had a post-Christmas trip to Richmond planned which will get this TB much closer to its destination. It was with me when I found this cache, so I wanted to have its southern progress marked before it heads off northwards.
