I did not find this TB, but I found the note of the states it had visited, tucked in with a Hawaii turtle TB. It looks like they may have shared a ziplock bag at one point. The TB number was written on the list of states paper. The states that were checked off that it had visited were Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.
Probably not much use now, since the TB seems to have disappeared, but you might want to post the visited states list on the TB page, in case you decide to send out a proxy of it to continue on its travels.
