Found it in "Oberhausen - Rund um Rathaus und Theater" (GC10YMC). Let's see where we can put it out. There are much more nice places in this area (North-Rhine-Westfalia, Germany). But we think, we take it with us on a trip to Bavaria. Picture will be taken.

I can confirm what Jon Snow said before, it is not in "Eine Runde um den See" anymore. Perhaps somebody forgot to log it?
