About This Item

Dads Keys

This bug is dedicated to my dad who was stationed in the army in Alaska in the 1960's and always talked about going back their and how beautiful it was.He later became a trucker for the East coast and LOVED driving those big rigs he called himself a "paid tourist"he passed on in 2004 and never made it back to Alaska so we are hoping this bug for him.He had many key rings with LOTs of keys and American Indian beads .These are just a few from his collection. We miss him dearly. And think of him often.

If we had found this TB last year, we could have taken it to Alaska, but not this year. Don't think any big rigs would make it back to that cache, but we will definitely move it on. May your memories of your father be often and good. This is a good way to honor him.
PS The keys were not lonely in this past cache--it was FULL of keys.

We were in the area today doing a little caching. We got to this cemetery where this was placed to start its journey. I was disappointed after looking for part one of the multi that there was no beginning cache any longer. I grabbed my 3 year old daughter and left my wife and 3 month old in the van and we exploring. Anyway to make a long story short, we, um, found the cache without much trouble. I wanted to get your TB out of the cache and moving on. Once I read the TB description today I am glad I did. I would have felt terrible leaving it there. We will get it moving for you. One of the places we have always wanted to go is to Alaska. ~jjrashford
