The IKV Dictator’s area of raiding and conquest includes the VA, WV& MD Systems.
Imperial Klingon Vessel Dictator is a Klodode Class D-7 Battlecruiser.
IKV Dictator’s mission is to expand the influence and control of the Klingon Empire through intimidation and conquest of planets (Caches) and their systems throughout the galaxy.
The Klingon D-7 Battlecruiser is a highly feared vessel of the Klingon fleet. Stronger than D-6 Battlecruiseror a bird of prey, and can be fitted with a cloak.
The D-7 Battlecruiser, the most important Klingon class of ships in the 2nd half of the 23rd century and the symbol of Klingon power, fulfilled like functions in the fields of attack, defense and diplomacy, if occasional threats, demonstrations of weapon strength and intimidation can be interpreted as diplomacy. The D-7 developed into the most reliable cruiser design that would set the standard for subsequent classes of ship until far into the 24th century. The D-7 Battlecruiser was introduced in a time of political change after about 100 years of continuous galactic conflict and, with its spectrum of capabilities, it also reflected that political change as it was designed for long-range missions including far beyond the Klingon sphere of influence. The D-7 was regarded as the opponent of the ships of the Constitution Class at least until the end of the Cold War at the beginning of the 24th century. Whenever the D-7 materialized on the frontiers of Federation space, a ship of the Constitution Class would appear shortly after, but apart from a few skirmishes and the four-day war, they hardly ever came into serious conflict. Even after they started to be retired from service after about 100 years in use, the type was continually reactivated in times of crisis, including in the Dominion War.
