OK, so I'm addicted and had to go out for a couple of geocaches, lol. I found a clever one in the westend (but not all that far west) near a favourite fun spot of my son's, the Telus World of Science. I dropped off the butterfly Tb there and soon there should be tons of butterflies around for company. Tonight, there were several rabbits though! And a sun shower. Bye and good luck Butterfly!

Sigh... what do they say about well laid plans...?
We got back from Banff Sunday evening and were leaving again on Tuesday for Drumheller. Actually, our plan was to over night in Calgary and so save ourselves driving time to Drumheller as my husband had business in Calgary. However, we lost a tire on our car. Um, yes---sound strange? My husband was returning to the B&B after a business dinner, heard strange sounds and a smell, slowed down, turned off the road and the wheel detached itself from the car...rolling away! Long story short: spare tire was attached and the people at OKTires in Calgary examined the car the next day. They told my husband that it looks like someone had loosened the lug nuts in an attempt to steel the tire/rims; they've seen it happen before.

All this meant our trip to Drumheller was not to happen. My son and I visited the Calgary Zoo instead while my husband was busy. We did see two (deceased) butterflies a t the zoo though.

I had only uploaded Drumheller caches and none for Calgary, so I could not find a a new non-Edmonton cache. Sorry, but I had not planned for this disruption of my plans. Now we are back in Edmonton again. I will find a new cache as soon as I can, but I'll try to find one in the westend. That way it'll seem like it travelled more.
