About This Item

Mr. Salty is originally from Kingston, WA but soon desired to travel the seas. Along came a nice man by the name of "The Green Archer" who had recently suffered the loss of a travel bug known as "Mr. Toasty". Seeing the mans sadness, Mr. Salty decided to try his hardest to be as best a replacment as possible and so he now travels the coast in Mr. Toasty's place. In order to show his master his progress, he desires to have his picture taken at as many lighthouses along the U.S. coast.

Found Mr. Salty TB at the Astoria Big Tree cache, but he did not have a printed goal with him. So, inadvertently he has moved quite a ways inland with me. I'll hide him in a local cache and include a new goal sheet with him to help him on his way. 😎

Mr Salty was dropped in the "big tree" cache in Astoria. It was incorrectly logged in at a different "big tree" that is located in another part of Oregon. Sorry for the confusion. I tried to correct the problem but once dropped, I could not pick up again.

Took MR.SALTY to visit the Pacific Ocean and took him to the Salt Cairns. Since this was a multi he ended up at Tillamook Head.Beautfiul Spot at the Ocean!!

Picked Mr. Salty up in Salem, Oregon the capital city. Read where he wanted to go, and it just so happens I am heading the beautiful coast for 4 days in a few weeks. Will find him a good cache to visit there.
